Daniel Casem Dass

This is Daniel Casem Dass, our Godson with his father and mother. He is born on the 5th of May 2006 at 6.oo a.m at the Damansara Specialist Hospital attended by Dr.Guna.We cared for him for the 1st year of his life as both his parents Dianne and Dass were busy with their careers in the Fashion & Retail and Food & Beverage respectively. Today he is being cared by his grandmother (achamma) Radha Raman and we get to spend time daily with him as he live just about a hundred meters away from our home. Daniel is a handsome young fellow and handful for anyone, sleeps very little during the day and is physically active all day long. Now he begun to cycle with the help of training wheels and loves to be behind the wheels of a car. He's very alert and quick to catch up words and phrases, much faster than his Attan Vishan. Daniel has just had a little baby sister on the 30th May 2008 and her name is Denise Casey Dass but Daniel does not seem all that excited about the new addition. Anyway he is adjusting well.

Vishan

Ever since the arrival of our wonderful baby boy Vishan Menon on the 26th July 2003, our lives have totally changed magically. We are experiencing new challenges with his arrival into our lives and we are totally enjoying every moment of it. 

Now from the 1st week of January 2008, another new challenge is in our way. With Vishan just starting Kindergarden our existing schedules are topsy turvy, and the most exciting thing about all this is my husband Vijay and I are enjoying the journey. It's a real pleasure to sit down to listen to all the exciting stories about the day in school that Vishan has to narrate to us. The communication skills that he is presenting sometimes just leaves us in awe, his choice of words and his perceptions about the situations. 

Like today Vishan was insistant that he speaks to his "Mama" (god mother) and the first thing he said to her was " I miss you so much and I love you Mama" and then went on a 15 minutes conversation about the happenings of the day. 

Looking forward to finishing of the day on a high note.
